About Us
My husband and I raise puppies to afford to have horses for myself and grandsons.
Colorado is a dream place to ride and explore. We were both born and raised in Alaska. I had the privilege of having horses there. The long winters and the abundance of grizzly bears in the area hindered my wilderness exploration a bit!
Jim, my husband prefers to ride a mountain bike while I ride. He is also a long time climber and mountain guide. (we are getting older :) Our dogs are becoming quite the rock boulder addicts. They scamper up difficult rock in the Utah canyons near us to keep up with Jim.
He now pastors a wonderful group of people here in Grand Junction. Missions in Peru are also a big part of our lives.
We also have three grown children that are active and following in our footsteps.
Our dogs are very much a part of our family. Two of my sons each have females from my dogs. They will be listed on this web site when their puppies are born also. I will have three litters in 2009. I guess I am out to populate the country with these fine dogs!

My son Michael just named his blue merle tri female "Denali", after the climb he completed with his father in June of 2005. He is teaching her agility on the many play grounds in the area.
